About Us

Youwen Productions Services is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2022 by David Wendleton and Susannah Youngquist. While running events under a private company for a couple years, David and Susannah realized the impact these events can have on the local artists community. Through our partnerships with businesses and municipalities we are able to do even more to support this diverse community while creating opportunities and exposure.

Youwen Productions Services is a community of artists and supporters of the arts helping each other work towards a sustainable and diverse community built on the power of art. Our events showcase only a handful of artists at each event. This allows us to focus on making connections within the community and building a solid following for the artists. We provide opportunities that highlight the diversity and talent of the local art community while attracting new customers for local businesses. We encourage new artists and art-centric folx to participate and volunteer for events as a first step to connecting with our organization.

Showcase PNW diversity and talent

We produce or assist with production of events that help bring communities together. Whether it is connecting you to the resources you need or a full-blown event collaboration we can get you the resources you need.

Build Diverse Communities

Youwen Productions Services is a community of artists, volunteers, performers, theater, and production specialist helping each other find and create opportunities. We provide at or below cost services for events that we believe help support the local community and promote diversity and inclusion. Art Battle®

Youwen Productions Services is best known for its monthly fundraiser called Art Battle®. This event is produced in Washington and Oregon by the organization under a licensing agreement with Art Battle® International. This agreement allows us to focus on the needs of the local community while having an international network of artists and art lovers providing international exposure for local artists.  Art Battle® is a monthly event celebrating the visual arts with some friendly competition. It is a great party that also provides massive exposure for local artists. Art Battle® is also a great way to network and meet other artists and industry professionals.
